Hatha Yoga:

Core Restore Class
A therapeutic back exercise program designed to strengthen deep core and spinal muscles, improve mobility, and enhance posture. Each session combines targeted movement training with expert-led education to help participants understand their body mechanics and build lasting resilience. Ideal for anyone who feels stiff, spends long hours sitting, and is looking for relief from back discomfort, better alignment, and lasting spinal health.
